As a Shadow Work Facilitator, I help people navigate their shadow to discover and heal what is unconsciously driving their behaviors and reactions, bring it into awareness, and uncover their most authentic self. I offer a variety of shadow work sessions, mentoring experiences, and group programs throughout the year.

What is shadow work?
Over 90% of our consciousness is actually sitting in our unconscious, or shadow. This shadow is where fractured pieces of ourselves are sitting. Things like unconscious wounding or authentic pieces of ourselves we were taught are unsafe to be during childhood.
Shadow work is the process of getting down into your shadow, or unconscious, and healing unconscious wounding, patterns, and conditioning so that you can heal it at its core and find your most authentic self.
My Approach
I practice a spiritual form of shadow work. This means that during a session with me, I’ll guide you into a deep meditative state and we’ll work with your guides to navigate and heal your shadow.
The session may include past life healing, inner child healing, alchemy, and so much more.
Session also include intuitive tarot guidance to gain more clarity from your guides and find the most powerful integration exercises for you at this time.

Shadow Work Mentoring Package
In this four-week mentoring program, we’ll work with your guides to navigate your shadow, healing as we go, using shadow work techniques like inner child healing, past life healing, alchemy, and so much more.
$500 includes four two-hour live sessions, integration exercises, and support via Voxer between sessions.

A 13-week, small group, shadow work program, to go deep into the shadow, heal the Eve wound, and find your most authentic self.
